1. Decorate the Church. We have been given the go ahead to decorate the inside of the Church. Completed but an area is causing concern due to damp. The area is being investigated to resolve the problem..
2. Get the drive relayed -- this might take some time due to the cost.
3. Long term project ( 5 years ) to clear the Church grounds. -- A lot of work has taken place all around the Church grounds.
4. Installation of toilet    --    The PCC has been presented with an BIG idea about a Church toilet, more details below.

The ground clearing team have continued to meet once a month. A new bench has been purchased and sited outside the Church.  The PCC has been present with a BIG idea. With so many problems involved in positioning a toilet within the Church it has been suggested to build a meeting room with toilet and small kitchen to the north of the Church. The new building would be connected directly to the Church to allow access from inside the Church. Early days but council planning department contacted for help. More info soon.

Completed Projects 2006

1. We have a "Roll of Honor War Memorial" at St John's showing the people that gave their lives in the 1st world war. We now have the same "Roll of Honor" for people that gave their lives in the 2nd world war. 
2. Lighting   The work has been completed and we now have a lovely bright Church.
3. Church organ overhaul    --    The work and final tuning have all now been completed.
4. Heating -- Extra radiators have been added to help to heat the Church.
5. New drainage for the drive completed.
